 About us
"Pozarevac" road construction company was established in 1962. by the decision of the government of Republic of Serbia.From 1967. to 1989. it was a part of "Belgrade" road construction, and from 1989. it became independent and took care of road construction and maintenance on the territories of present Branicevo and Podunavlje regions. As of end of 2005. D.D Primorje from Ajdovčina - Slovenia headed by general manager Dušan Črnigoj bought 70% of kapital of PZP Požarevac in the privatization process and company is transformet to a shareolding company. By means of docapitalisation Primorje D.D: obrains controll of 86.89% of company capital and becomes a majority shareholder.
We manage to complete and realise many important tasks that were set forward thanks to good organization, High quality cadre and good equipment. Since establishement the company is a steady member of road industry association and one of the founders of the same with 2.82% shares of "Srbijaput" Belgrade.
